This is only eight floors up and right outside Kim's window. You even have a local bathroom. It is the new deck, roof of the new City Creek Entrance (?)Looks safe to me...
No wonder the man is getting so tired of working with ALL the noise and dirt.
I guess I have some sympathy as he keeps bringing home different views of what is happening all around and flies by by way of crane. (Click on this photo to enlarge it)

Does Kim make use of the "local bathroom"? It would be a room with a view.....:-)
He can't get to that bathroom. His window won't open.
